Terms of Service
Glacifier · Last updated 18 October 2026
1. Who we are
Glacifier ("the app", "we") is an AI-assisted journaling and self-reflection app operated by TechManifester (India). By using the app, the website https://aibraiinly.web.app, or the Glacifier connector for AI assistants, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for what you write. Your journal entries belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to store them, process them to provide the features you use (including AI-generated insights), and show them back to you. Do not use Glacifier for anything unlawful or to harm others.
3. Beta software and AI limitations
Glacifier is a beta app. It is still in its testing and development phase and has not been fully tested. Features may be incomplete, may not work as expected, may change or be removed, and may contain bugs or cause data to be lost or shown incorrectly. The AI-generated insights, chat replies, decision analyses, summaries and any other AI output can be wrong, incomplete, misleading or out of date. Please double-check anything important and do not rely on Glacifier for decisions about your health, safety, money, legal matters or relationships. We welcome your feedback through the in-app Send Feedback screen.
3A. Not medical or professional advice
Glacifier is a self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for professional mental-health care, medical, legal or financial advice. AI output can be wrong. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline.
4. Connecting AI assistants (optional)
You may connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT so it can add new entries only to your journal when you ask. A connected assistant cannot read, search, edit or delete your entries, insights or memory. Entries added this way are limited to 20 per 24 hours (across all your connected assistants) and 4,000 characters each. You approve each connection with your own sign-in and can disconnect at any time in Glacifier → Settings → Connect AI tools, which immediately revokes access. The assistant's provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) handles what you say to it under its own terms and privacy policy; we are not responsible for the assistant's behaviour.
4A. Letters by email (optional)
If you turn on Email me a letter in Your Second Brain and tick the box, we will first send you a confirmation email. After you confirm, we will email you a personal letter written by AI from your memory profile (short notes about what Glacifier has learned from the entries you chose to share; entries you marked private are never used). You will get one when you confirm and then one about every 30 days until you stop. Email is not end-to-end encrypted and the letter can contain personal and sensitive things, including about your feelings and people you wrote about: anyone who can open the mailbox or see its notifications can read it. Only turn this on if the email address on your account is yours alone; you confirm you are 18 or older and the address is yours. If your account email changes, we will ask you to confirm again before sending. The letter is for reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice or therapy, and it may be wrong. For health concerns, please talk to a qualified professional. We do not save the letter in Glacifier; we store a record that you agreed, when, which version of these terms you saw, and when letters were sent. Our AI provider (OpenAI) may keep what we send it for up to 30 days for misuse checks. If our automatic checks suggest you may be struggling, we do not send a letter and show support information in the app instead; these checks can miss things. You can stop at any time in the app (Your Second Brain), or with the link at the bottom of every letter. Deleting your account deletes your memory profile and letter records as described in our Privacy Policy. You can report a letter that is wrong or upsetting by writing to info@techmanifester.com. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not responsible for a letter being read by someone with access to your mailbox or devices, or for emails delayed, filtered or not delivered by mail providers. This does not limit our responsibility for our own mistakes or security failures, or any rights you have under applicable law.
5. Subscriptions
Glacifier Premium is an optional subscription billed through Google Play. Prices, renewal and cancellation are handled by Google Play and are subject to its terms; manage or cancel in Google Play at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, bypass limits, access other people's data, or use the connector to send spam or unlawful content. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or other users.
7. Availability and liability
The service is a beta and is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and may change, contain errors or be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Glacifier at any time and delete your account and all data in the app (Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
